Running Accomplishments:

Ran cross country in college and just starting to build up miles again.  Ran a couple marathons a few years back just to say "I did", but now am serious about training to qualify for Boston.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Boston!!!! And have fun!!!!!!!!!!!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving my personal best and stay healthy enough to continue to run, because I love it!!!

Personal:

Getting married in August, applying to dental school right now.  I have found a great running partner recently and we are great at motivating each other to be committed to our goal.

Loni and I did a 30 minute circuit training session at lunch today - Ran hard for 3 minutes then did sit-ups or lunges or push ups for a minute inbetween.  Went for 30 minutes but really worked up a sweat.  Had a blast, laughing the whole time.  Her sister is joining us tomorrow.  Great way to break up the old routine and get rid of some work frustrations.  Laughed the whole time at how ridiculous we must have looked dropping in front of office buildings to do crunches.  Can't wait to do it again tomorrow!!!

Night time run.  Nice and cool.  Think I'm going faster cuz I could feel it a little more in my breathing.  Felt good to be able to go fast for the greater part of the run.  Did some hill sprints at the end, still felt good, and finished the last mile nice and quick.
